The Flora House
The Flora House is our first Maryland Assisted Living home, located in Old Town, Gaithersburg. Named after our Owners’ daughter, Flora, it is designed with fulfillment and well-being at its core. Unique to its market, The Flora House hosts five private bedrooms for five selected Residents. This renovated modern farmhouse sits on over half an acre in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. With various indoor and outdoor common areas, it provides the perfect home away from home for Residents and their visitors.

Sweet Briar Hills
The Capria Group partners with other Assisted Living facilities that mimic our values and practices so we are able to provide more Residents another option for the perfect home away from home. Located in the outskirts of Silver Spring, MD, this home holds the same care staffing as the Flora House and provides flexible options for living quarters, with cozy common spaces, indoor and outdoor for any Residents to enjoy.
